We are hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs) across Texas to provide in-home therapy services for children with communication, feeding, and developmental needs.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community

  • Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (SLPs)

  • Support evaluation and treatment implementation under supervision (CFs)

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals

  • Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders

  • Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams

  • Document care in an electronic medical record system

  • Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards


 

Qualifications

Required:

  • ASHA certification 

  • Texas State SLP/SLP-CF License 

  • Current CPR certification 

Preferred:

  • Pediatric or home health experience

  • At least 1 yr. of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow preferred  

  • Experience with feeding and swallowing therapy
